Ping Pong Loyalty Card

  • Anyone is eligible to become a member of the scheme, subject to registering personal details as well as the Loyalty Card number on line. Card can be requested during online registration. The Ping Pong Loyalty Card is promoted by Ping Pong limited (company reg. number 5126756).
  • Anyone person is eligible to have only one membership.
  • All Ping Pong Loyalty Cards remain the property of Ping Pong.
  • Is valid at all Ping Pong Restaurants.
  • Your Ping Pong Loyalty Card is personal to you. We do not issue additional cards for your account.
  • We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
  • Ping Pong can cancel or withdraw the scheme, any individual card or offers & promotions at any time.
  • We will not exchange points for cash.
  • We can change the terms and conditions of the scheme. We will always give notice of changes on www.pingpongdimsum.com.
  • Data protection. We will never give your details to anyone outside Ping Pong Limited without your consent. We will analyse your visit history to help us understand our customers’ shopping habits and to improve our service. Unless you indicate that you would prefer otherwise, we will contact you by post, telephone and email with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family.

Collecting Points

  • You will receive points on any expenditure at any of UK Ping Pong Restaurants* . This includes any retail items or a takeaway purchased in a restaurant. Unfortunately you will not be able to collect points for any on line purchases. Simply present your Loyalty Card when making your payment and your points will be added automatically.
  • You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent. 50 points are equivalent of £1. Points cannot be redeemed for cash neither can they be used for online purchases. We might change the number of points you collect on products and services. This will be displayed on www.pingpongdimsum.com.
  • Points do not have an expiry date, however if there was no activity on a card for a period of 12months since last transaction, points will be annulled.
  • Activity on account means usage of the card at one of the restaurants.
  • Annulled points can’t be reinstated.

Using your points

  • Once you have accumulated 50 points they will be automatically converted to £1 credit on your card.
  • You will be able to redeem monetary value (credit) on your card against any purchases at Ping Pong restaurants. This redemption becomes available once the total monetary balance on your card exceed £5.
  • To spend your monetary balance simply hand the card to your server when presented with your restaurant bill and ask for the amount to be deducted. Alternatively you can use the monetary balance for any other type of transaction in the restaurant (e.g. takeaway or merchandise), just ask the member of staff to use the balance from your card.
  • You can use your monetary balance as payment towards your bill – you do not need to have the full amount – we will deduct the monetary value you have on your card and you can pay the balance remaining via usual accepted methods of payment.
  • Your balance will be clearly displayed each time you make a payment and present your Ping Pong Loyalty Card.
  • When you have reached a maximum of £25.00 on your card, you will automatically receive an email voucher. No greater amount than £25.00 is allowed on any one card. If the voucher is not used within a specified time period (e.g. 1 year) it will expire and cannot be re-issued. Email vouchers are governed by their own terms and conditions.
  • Redeemed credit cannot be used again.
  • Balances cannot be transferred from one user to another.
  • Credits can be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions available, however, if an item is complimentary then no points will be collected. If any item is reduced in any way – the reduced amount will be eligible for point collection and not the price pre-reduction.
